Q: Are your animals safe?
A: Yes — safety is our highest priority.
Our ponies are:
• Professionally trained and handled daily

• Desensitized to crowds, décor, music, and movement
Before each booking, we place our animals on a focused preparation schedule to ensure they are calm and confident.
For rider safety:
• Helmets are provided
• Helmets are required for all riders
• Handlers remain with the pony at all times
• We carry full event liability insurance

Q: What space requirements do you need?
A: For the comfort and safety of guests and animals, we require:
• A relatively flat surface
• Adequate space for movement
• A shaded or covered rest area
• Easy trailer access for arrival and departure

Q: Can guests pet the pony?
A: Yes — supervised interaction is encouraged. Our handlers guide all guest engagement to ensure a safe and positive experience.
Q: What happens if weather is bad?
A: Safety comes first. In severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the experience. Covered venues are recommended when possible.
Q: Do you provide décor and styling?
A: Yes. We offer curated styling to match your theme and color palette. Floral accents, baskets, ribbons, and specialty tack can be customized.
Q: Do you offer pony rides?
A: Yes — select packages include guided pony rides. All riders must wear provided helmets and follow handler instructions.
Q: Do you offer experiences without live animals?
A: We do. Our Pony-Less Craft Experiences bring an equestrian touch to your event through:
• Decorate-your-own horseshoe frames
• Cowgirl & cowboy hat decorating
• Western-inspired craft tables
Perfect for venues that prefer no live animals.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding and summer seasons.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. Little Hooves LLC carries event liability insurance for peace of mind.
Q: How do I reserve my date?
A: A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.
